For help connecting an account, uploading reports, understanding Stelloid data or resolving a technical issue, email contact@stelloid.io. Please include your organization, the affected integration, the approximate time of the issue and a description or screenshot that does not reveal passwords, one-time passwords or unnecessary personal information.

Normal support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 IST (UTC+5:30). Target response time: within 24 hours on business days.
